Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.We accept credit card payments (VIsa and Mastercard) and debit cards, we also accept payment by cheque and Pay Pal. Unfortunately we only accept credit/debit cards as a form of payment from within the United Kingdom. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else in the world, please forward an email stating your requirements and we will confirm if the goods can be dispatched to you. We will quote carriage costs, converting the transaction to your own currency in the case of US Dollars or Euros. In these instances payment will have to be made by either cheque or Pay Pal before your order can be dispatched.We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet. All transactions are conducted within a secure server and all data is fully encripted.When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
All goods ordered for shipment in the United Kingdom will be delivered free of charge as long as the order value exceeds 10.00 - any orders under this amount will be subject to a 3.50 delivery charge. All goods will be dispatched by second class post or carrier. For any overseas enquiries, please drop us a line at email@example.com and we will confirm the shipping charges by return.
We aim to process your order as soon as possible. We will normally dispatch your goods within three working days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included in all prices quoted (where applicable). All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When you place an order on our website, your credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
